Live expert-led sessions at the end of each week: Every Wednesday starting on the 13th July: 2 live session times available (10.00am or 6.00pm BST, lasting 1.5 hrs) to fit your work schedule. If you miss a live session you can still watch it in your own time later on.

Stakeholder Engagement for Wildlife Conservation
Online training workshop
2nd August to 6th September 2022
(5 weeks, 3.5 hours learning/week)
Learn how to engage stakeholders to enhance your conservation work by:

Applying key principles to ensure you engage with stakeholders effectively and ethically.

Selecting stakeholders that are right for your project.

Initiating the relationship to build trust and understanding

Clarifying the relationship to set expectations.

Managing the relationship to progress the project and adapt to changing conditions.
